If we can match the information provided in your request, you will receive an email for verification purposes sent to the matching email address Mazda has on file within 24 hours. Please follow the instructions in the email to complete the verification process within 48 hours. If we do not receive your verification in 48 hours, the link will expire, your request will be closed, and you will need to submit a new request. Once verified, Mazda will begin to process your request and deliver results to the same email address unless you request to receive by mail by calling Mazda Customer Service at 1-844-931-1678.

Please use this form to request that we delete your personal information ("PI").

Please be aware that pursuant to CCPA, a business may legitimately continue to retain your PI as required by law and where it is necessary to maintain your PI for certain business purposes (e.g. to complete your transaction, safety and recall reasons, warranty, etc.).

In order to process your request we need to verify your identity to ensure we are deleting personal information for the correct person. Please ensure all fields are completed with accurate information as we will verify your identity against our records based on the information you provide.

  First Name is required.   First Name should only include characters.   First Name is too long.
  Last Name is required.   Last Name should only include characters.   Last Name is too long.
  Email is required.   Enter a valid email.   Email is too long.
  Phone is required.   Phone number is incorrect.
  Street Address Line 1 is required.   Street Address Line 1 is too long.
  CITY is required.   City should only include characters.
  Zip is required.   Zip is not correct.
  Captcha needs to selected.

If we are able to verify your identity, we will confirm the steps we have taken in response to your request to delete your PI as required by the CCPA. If we are not able to verify your identity, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.

  1. Updating your profile in your MyMazda App and allowing 24 hours for the changes to be reflected in our systems or
  2. By calling Mazda Customer Service at 1-800-222-5500.
